We only share your data when you request it, and only with third parties you have selected. Examples:

  • Sending a vendor your logo and details for a swag design
  • Sending a client's name and shipping information to a vendor for direct swag shipments
  • Syncing data with a CRM or other integration you setup
  • Other actions necessary to facilitate your requests on our app

We do not generally track your use of the app, but servers do retain (usually not indefinitely) usage, error, and warning logs for debugging or utilitarian purposes.

We do use service providers (processing, image hosting, etc.) to power our app, and we choose them with you in mind. If you have questions about who we use, please contact us for current information.

  • Errors, omissions, bugs, etc. can occur - we will do our best to resolve any issues but are not responsible for any, actual, or punitive, damages related to our app or your use of our app
  • We reserve the right to update or modify any of these terms at any time

If you violate any of our terms we may, at our discretion, and based on the violation, ban you from the app, share information pertinent to a third-parties claims, or report you to authorities.
